ANNOUNCEMENT!

We have just sold out for this fall's grass fed/grass finished steers for 1/4s halves and wholes.

I'm sorry for those whom have expressed interest for this fall, but I had a very limited supply this year.

Good news, I can still sell beef by the cut, by the bundle, and for a short time, by the quarter starting July, we should have our beef cuts restocked!

Spring has been very busy! We've welcomed 16 lambs throughout April, with the last a surprise just a couple of days ago. Stella, our Guernsey, gave birth to a beautiful baby girl, that we finally named Summer.

One of our goals, between putting in and maintaining the garden, will be skirting and posting our backlog of fleeces on the Snowhaven Sheep & Wool group. Nothing wrong with them, not rejects - life just got the better of us. They have recently been gone over - no nasty surprises or off-odors - and will be priced according to age and condition.

I have two herford steers going in on November 16 for processing.
Price per pound hanging weight is $3.50 per pound (same as last year)
Price for processing is $0.75 per pound ($0.35 lower than last year!)
This beef is grassfed/ corn finished.
We are expecting MANY CHOICE CUTS from these two steers.
Antibiotic and hormone free as always!
Delivery is available as it always has been!

At Snowhaven Heritage Farm, LLC we are pleased to announce that we have Angus beef Steers going in on January 24. They will be processed at Niemuth’s chop shop in Waupaca.
These will be prime choice cuts of beef from our Black Angus steers. They are Grassfed and corn finished. They are gauranteed antibiotic and hormone free!
The hanging Weight price is $3.50 per pound. Processing is $1.10 per pound with vacuum sealed and frozen packages.
To top it off, we deliver the meat directly to your home, at no additional charge! We have delivered as Far East as Green Bay, as far north as St Germain, as far west as Abbotsford, and as far south Wisconsin Rapids already and look forward to more places to go!
