Busy week at the Wapello County 4-H/FFA Expo. Had 180 poultry entries for the 2024 Wapello County Expo. Molting season hit us hard but still came home with all blue ribbons, and Reserve Champion Bantam with a five month old New Hampshire cockerel.

Last hatch of New Hampshires bantams for the year. So far the growouts are looking good from my two pairs. Here’s a picture of Ginger and Gary from breeding pen 2; unfortunately Gary got some frostbite on his comb over the winter.
