It is with a heavy heart that I announce my incomparable herdsire, Altair's Vito, crossed the Rainbow Bridge yesterday. He was a magnificent creature, but he was more than just a pretty face (and gorgeous fleece). He was also one of the sweetest beings I have ever known. He was literally my pride and joy for 22 years and I will miss him terribly. Rest in peace, my sweet boy. 'Til we meet again...

We're off to the rodeo!!! The ranch will be closed this Saturday, August 23 BUT we will be doing our thing at the ZIA REGIONAL RODEO at the rodeo grounds in Santa Fe - you know...on Rodeo Road! We'll be set up Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 5 pm, Come see us - it'll be FUN!!!

It's been a busy couple of months! This is the cria crop for this year, so far. We are still hoping Royale will give as a Lightning baby!

Come see us at the Mountain and Valley Wool Festival, October 5th and 6th - Santa Fe Fair Grounds on Rodeo Road, Saturday 9-5, Sunday 9 to 4. The babies will be there Sunday! The Ranch will be closed to visitors that weekend
