Kirk here, the roasted chicken and veggie panini with a delicious lemon, garlic and tarragon aioli. Other ingredients are caramelized onion, roasted red pepper, mushroom, Monterey Jack cheese, red onion, lettuce and tomato on focaccia. A terrific sandwich!

Kirk here, starting tomorrow I will be offering another blast from the past the Thai chicken wrap. It is a simple, very delicious, satisfying and healthy food option. It is roasted chicken, shredded red and green cabbage and chopped romaine lettuce tossed in a Thai/Vietnamese/Malaysian inspired sauce made with a variety of spices, coconut milk, fresh lime, lemon, garlic, ginger and other ingredients and served in a warm garlic wrap.

Still have the other ten food options.

Hello folks Kirk here. I will be opening a half hour earlier starting tomorrow. Hours will be 11:30 am to 7 pm Monday through Friday. I know certain folks like to eat lunch a bit before 12 and have a short period of set time to eat lunch. Trying to accommodate that and I also will be utilizing a new sandwich grill starting Thursday that will cut down preparation time by at least a third. Will know more exactly when I start using it. Again certain folks are on a time crunch and want to do what I can to make the wait time less.
