🙏Thank you everyone for a great turn out! 🙏

We started with 6 briskets and were sold out after only 1 hour. 😧

Thank you to those who still bought sausage plates after.

Pastries went quickly too along with nachos.

Thank you everyone for your donations.

👍Please keep us in mind for your next event!

4 pits going. 6 briskets total. I hope everyone can make it out for our big fundraiser tomorrow. Anything helps!

Hello all. Sorry I haven't been active on here. In the beginning of the year my wife was diagnosed with stage 4 Colon Cancer. It has been a tough journey so far; and she has even a longer journey ahead.

I'm hoping to alleviate some stress by having a BBQ benefit August 31st. While she does have insurance, having cancer is still quite expensive. We're hoping to raise money for her future expenses.

I will be having brisket plates with sides. The benefit will be in Austin to make it centralized for everyone. I will post the address at a later date. We hope you all can come and support any way you can.

Just a heads up y'all, I won't be able to cook this week after all. As soon as I have a new date I will let y'all know.
