Three people. Three tables. One mission: eat local! 🌱

Tuesday, Andy, Katy & Eric were all over the place meeting people for Bon Appétit’s Eat Local Challenge!

From local farms and food to connecting with the people behind it all, it was a great day. 🥕🍎🐄

We visited Bon Appétit at Macalester University of Northwestern – St. Paul Federated Insurance Bon Appétit Management Co.

Visit us from 4 till 7 at the Plainview Farmer's Market today. It will be great day for shopping.
