GUESS WHAT?! Verizon DID IT! 🙌📱🎉

After 6 DAYS with no cell reception and no internet, we officially have service again! They got everything back up and running around 6 PM on a holiday weekend! 👏👏👏

We have to give credit where credit is due — THANK YOU, Verizon! ❤️📶 We know getting everything repaired over a holiday weekend couldn't have been easy, and we are VERY happy to be back in the 21st century! 😂

No more driving 15 miles just to answer an email or text! 🙌🤣

It's a beautiful morning in Sonoita, the phones work, the internet works, and we're feeling pretty darn grateful! 🍷☀️💯

🎶🍷 What a GREAT afternoon at Sonoita Vineyards! 🍷🎶

Joe Duvernay was live today from 1–4 PM, and he absolutely put on an amazing show! 👏🎸 We already can’t wait to have him back!

And he didn’t stop when the clock hit 4… Joe even stayed late and kept playing for our amazing Harvest Hosts who are staying with us tonight. ❤️🍷 Now THAT is how you end a beautiful day at the vineyard!

If you haven’t had a chance to hear Joe play yet, definitely check him out the next time he’s back at Sonoita Vineyards. You won’t want to miss him! 🎶🍷💯

📵 DAY 4: Welcome to 1984, Sonoita! 📵😂

Come on, Verizon … FOUR DAYS?! At this point I’m expecting someone to hand me a rotary phone, a fax machine, and a phone book. ☎️🤣

No cell service. No internet. No texts. No emails. Basically, if you need me, send a carrier pigeon. 🐦

I now have to drive 15 MILES TO ANOTHER TOWN just to answer emails and reply to texts. Nothing says “efficiently running a business in 2026” quite like getting in your truck and driving 15 miles to send an email. 🤦‍♀️😂

Our whole area is down, and while we can joke about living like it’s 1984, there’s a very NOT funny side to this: what happens if someone needs emergency services and can't get a call out? 📵🚨

And we're heading into a holiday weekend. Our wineries and local businesses need phones, internet, credit card machines, maps… you know, all those fancy modern conveniences we've apparently become spoiled by. 😂🍷

I REALLY don't want to buy Starlink, but is starting to make that satellite dish look awfully sexy right now. 🛰️🤣

DAY 4. Come on, . Fix the southern tower!

Sonoita would officially like to return to 2026. 🍷📱😂

📵 DAY 3: Still Searching for Signal… 😂

Our cell tower has been out since really late Sunday night, and at this point, finding cell service OR internet feels like a full-time job. Totally losing that battle. 🤦‍♀️🤣

I literally had to drive all the way to Whetstone just to get enough signal to post this little shanty! 😆📱

Come on, Verizon — PLEASE get our signal back! 🙏 We know we’re a small community down here in Southern Arizona, but we need communication too! ❤️

Until then… if you're trying to reach us, its just like 1984 only reachable by landline 520-455-5893, and also just know we're probably wandering around holding our phones in the air looking for one magical bar. 😂📱🏜️

🔇 No sound needed for this one! 🌧️🍇

We definitely had a gully washer this morning! 😳 Heavy rain, hail, and roads and washes under water. 💧 Robi and I made it off the hill just in time! 😂

It’s a little rough when you’re right in the middle of harvest, but Arizona Grape Harvest 2026 is definitely one for the books! 🍇🍷

We had an early harvest this year AND a really good monsoon season. ❤️🍇 Our reds have had incredibly deep, beautiful color, and the Estate Sauvignon Blanc was super aromatic.

Rain, hail, flooded washes, early mornings, long days…and really beautiful grapes.

Just another Arizona harvest at Sonoita Vineyards. 🍇🍷🌧️❤️

Yep… that’s it. That’s the big purchase. 😂

No more balancing on ladders while processing grapes! Apparently it only took us 48 harvests to realize there was a better way. 🤦‍♀️🍇🍷

Sometimes the best winery upgrades aren’t fancy… they just keep you off a ladder! 😂
