We are meticulous about our farming practices. We work with each vine 7-10 times each season to manage the canopy and keep the fruit healthy. We prune, sucker, hedge the canopy, pull leaves, and drop fruit several times several times before harvest. There are 20,000 vines, so that is a lot of touches!
