Osmo's Daughter Brewing Co. is a farm-to-glass focused brewery with large beer garden overlooking the farm at that will be located on the Elgin Agrarian Community (ElginAgrarian.com). We will open our official,12,000 sf commercial brewery by the summer of 2017. We hope to build on the foundation of traditional brewing and through slow, conscientious experimentation, developing farm-to-glass brands

by leveraging the bounty of the surrounding local farms across the luscious Blacklands Plains. We are excited to join this strong, local economy and work with such passionate local farmers on our journey.
