You know what is better than breathing all of this pollen we have??

Eating it!!

Natural pollen collected from the bees has a super stack of nutritional benefits;

-Vitamins: A, C, E, B complex (B1, B2, B3, B6, B9, B12)

-Minerals: Calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, potassium

-Antioxidants: Flavonoids, phenolic acids

Honey might be good for building your defense against allergies, but pollen is great!!

You can mix it into yogurt, smoothies, ice cream, or just eat it raw!

This is new for me this year, so it's available in limited quantities for now.
