🍽️ WHAT'S FOR DINNER, TASTEBUDS?

We're keeping dinner simple this Wednesday with Creamy Garlic Chicken & Rice!

A little chicken, a little creaminess, and a whole lot of garlic flavor. This is the kind of weeknight dinner I love because it doesn't require 15 different ingredients or every pan in the kitchen. 😂

Here's what you'll need for two:

🍗 2 small chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
🧄 1 tsp Tastefully Simple Garlic Garlic Seasoning
🥛 ½ cup chicken broth and ¼ cup heavy cream
🧀 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
🍚 1 cup cooked rice
🧈 1 tbsp butter

Season and cook the chicken in butter until it reaches 165°F. Add the broth, cream, Parmesan and Garlic Garlic Seasoning. Simmer until the sauce thickens slightly, then serve over warm rice.

Add some steamed broccoli or your favorite veggie and dinner is DONE.

I went quiet. Here's why. 🎬

Real talk: Honestly…September got away from me. My full-time job had me buried, and this page was the first thing to slide. I'm not going to pretend it didn't happen, because you'd see right through that anyway.

But the fall months are my favorite cooking months of the whole year, and I'm not missing it. I've got a plan, there's a lot of soup in our future, and I've got something fun coming this weekend that I'll tell you about tomorrow.
