We are prepping!
In addition to all the fan favorites we will be offering hamburger patties and hotdogs this week!!!
Also we will be open SATURDAY!!!
This weeks hours are Thursday and Friday 10-5 and Saturday 10-2

August has kept us BUSY, and we’re now booking custom processing for September.

If you’ve got livestock getting close to ready, now is a good time to get on the schedule before the month fills up.

We offer custom processing for:

Custom cut to your specifications, vacuum sealed, labeled and ready for the freezer.

Y’all have been asking, and the freezers are finally stocked back up with our pasture-raised chicken!

This week we’ll have:

🐔 Whole birds
🍗 Leg quarters
🔥 Wings
🐓 Chicken breasts
🥣 Soup bones

Raised right here on our farm, processed right here, and ready for your freezer.

How cool is your bull!?
Our loaner wagyu bull “the dude” will stand perfectly still while you stand between his horns, even at night! He loves his chin scratches.

Farming is a rough business. Most days it’s not satisfying. There’s always something wrong.

We (Randy and Kandi) often ask ourselves why in the world we have gone this far in debt and taken on this immense burden.

It’s been a struggle every step along the way, from our first two little kunekune pigs over ten years ago, to building our own slaughterhouse. It’s been an amazing and arduous journey.

We love farming, we love raising clean protein and we love walking out to a herd of happy cattle and a woodland pasture full of fat hogs. But it’s more than that. It’s a connection and an addiction. Will this year be wet, will this year be dry….who knows!?

When the mundane day to day drags us down, and when the struggles ahead seem to be overwhelming, it’s always freeing to just go out and walk amongst the livestock.

They don’t care about schedules, they don’t care about productivity, they don’t care about the orders we got wrong or the ones we got right.

When it all gets to be too much we can always walk amongst our livestock and feel the accomplishment and satisfaction. Really remind ourselves of the love we have for the animals and for the occupation.

We are grateful that we have been able to accomplish what we have and we are grateful for all of your support!
