Chub bags or Vacuum sealing for burger and sausage!?!?
I’m partial to chub bags, here is some burger that I packaged in 2022. 4 years in a chub bag and no signs of freezer burn!
We also have a batch of deer sausage from 2021 that’s still tasting great.
Has anyone had a different experience with chub bags?
