I'm just a Chicagoan, who is staying in Cottonwood, AZ for a few days, with my older sister. First night in town, it was getting late and we were hungry. Through an online search we stumbled upon the Verde Ranch Grill Restaurant. I'll start off with if night has fallen, when you attempt to visit the restaurant, make that immediate left turn onto Village Drive at the gas station/convenience store off of the 260. I could not see the street sign, so I missed my turn and ended up going a small distance into the blackness of night, before comfortably turning around. I was able to park directly in front. It was too dark outside for me to tell if ample parking is available.

Once we actually arrived inside the restaurant, we were pleasantly surprised with the bright modern appeal. In my opinion this restaurant has a mixed vibe, to suit different classes of diners. Large flat screen televisions were affixed to a couple of walls, showing a variety of sports channels. Their outdoor space seems like a bistro for entertainment. The main dining space has high and low tables, suitable for larger parties. It's a really cool restaurant to dine in esthetically.

Let me move on to the exceptional service! We walked into the restaurant about 20-30 minutes before closing. We asked if we were too late to order and to dine in. We were assured we were not. My sister and I were allowed to order whatever we wanted from the menu. At no time did we feel rushed or ignored. Our server BRANDON was a jewel!

For my appetizer I totally enjoyed some Cauliflower Wings. For my entree I enjoyed the fresh Barramundi fish (sea bass) with Cowboy Beans and White Cheddar Mashed Potatoes. Everything was so delicious and flavorful! Hats off to the chef. I would definitely dine here again for the total experience.

Upon leaving the restaurant, I learned the restaurant has only been open a few months. If they stay the course of offering exceptional service, great food and good vibes, this restaurant will be open and busy for many years to come.

Straight off our early morning flight from Chicago, my sister and I decided to dine at Ranch House Grille for breakfast. The restaurant is located off a very large main street. My only reason for giving this restaurant 4 stars is due to the parking situation. There is very limited parking in front of the establishment. We circled around the building a couple of times looking for a place to park. We were finally directed to park in the lot next to the building, which was reserved for another business that operates Monday through Friday. Had our visit not been on a Saturday, I'm not certain what we would have done about parking.

Once we walked inside the small, yet quaint, establishment we were kindly greeted and seated. The place was full and bustling, with the sound of good music playing through a speaker and people enjoying their meals and conversation. Our waiter was very accommodating to my needs.

I recently got braces on my teeth and needed to have food that did not require a lot of chewing. He recommended a modification to my breakfast food choice, to swap the potatoes for avocado. Unfortunately, I was not able to enjoy the turkey sausage patties. No matter how small I cut the pieces I could not effectively break the pieces down enough. Therefore, my sister enjoyed the patties. After my meal the waiter also provided me a cup of warm water to rinse my mouth. This was to remove any food particles before I put the elastic bands back on my braces.

The food was good. The food was reasonably priced. The service was awesome!

On July 27th, while driving through Dyer, Indiana, I noticed an advertisement on a truck for Phat Stax restaurant. I had driven past this restaurant several times, over the months, but ignored it because I did not know where the parking was. Phat Stax is located on the very busy street known as Lincoln Highway or Route 30. On this day I saw parking for the restaurant was across the street, so I decided to give it a try. When I first walked in I noticed the restaurant was clean. You can dine in or take out. I was greeted right away by the two people working. It turns out that one of those people was the owner. When I mentioned it was my first time visiting the restaurant I was given the run down about their menu. You can purchase items individually, but their boxed packages are truly the standouts for just $20 plus tax. Their boxed packages, of gourmet sandwiches, includes the sandwich, two sides and a beverage. These are premium items offered at a very reasonable price! I ordered the Oven Roasted Turkey Breast w/ Pesto Aioli, Roasted Red Peppers & Arugula on a Ciabatta Roll sandwich. It came with Fries, Beet & Arugula Salad and White Peach Lemonade. Everything was absolutely delicious! As a Foodie, I appreciated the wholesomeness of the premium food. I will definitely go back to Phat Stax to try their other sandwiches.

It was a Saturday evening. It was HOT outside. I craved an Italian Ice to cool me off from the Summer heat. Upon a Google search, Mario's Italian Lemonade was the closest from the location I was in at the time. As I drove up I knew their Italian Ice had to be really good, because the line was a half block long. I had to drive around a bit to find a parking space. By the time I found a parking spot, I was able to just walk up with no wait. However, a new long line quickly formed behind me. I ordered the large Cherry and Lemon Italian Ice. It was so worth it! It was totally delicious and refreshing!

Pita Pita Mediterranean Restaurant is located in a mini strip, with plenty of free parking. The restaurant was clean. We dined in. The service at the counter (to order) and tableside was very good. I really enjoyed my pick two meal of Chicken Tawook, Beef Shish Kebab, Rice, Grilled Onion, Grilled Tomato and Falafel. Everything was flavorful! Although I enjoyed my meal, my favorites were the Chicken Tawook and Falafel. The chicken was grilled, tender and bursting with flavor. The falafel had the right flavor and crunch. If I'm ever in this area again, I would dine here again.

The family ordered in from Hattie B's - Atlanta East location through DoorDash. I can't speak on the service or atmosphere, since I've never seen or stepped foot in the establishment. I had the Quarter Dark with Southern flavor, one Wing with Mild flavor and Pimento Mac & Cheese. The chicken was pretty good. It wasn't dry and the skin had a nice crisp. The Mac & Cheese was good, but I was expecting more umph to the cheese flavor (since I love pimento cheese). I also ordered the Peach Cobbler for dessert. I actually did not care for it. My serving lacked crust. The flavor of the peaches was a bit off putting. Being that I'm visiting the South, I desired the true southern taste of peach cobbler (minus the excessive use of sugar). I like peach cobbler that has a good balance of peaches and crust. I also like to have the savory flavor of nutmeg. Unfortunately, my serving did not have either.

I had a taste for a good real hamburger. Grindhouse Killer Burgers was highly recommended. Stepping inside the establishment I learned the menu items are made entirely from scratch using premium ingredients. I loved learning the meat is fresh ground from a proprietary blend of certified angus chuck and brisket cuts of beef. I ordered the Euro Style burger with mushrooms and Swiss cheese. The burger did not disappoint. My burger was cooked medium, and it was cooked perfectly. The burger was super juicy and tender. I also enjoyed the crinkle cut fries and one pimento stuffed fried green tomato.

Pho Dai Loi #2 has easy parking in a strip parking lot. The restaurant is large and can accommodate late groups. The service was good. The food was delicious. I enjoyed some Vietnamese Phơ Gà with added Meatballs and Steamed Spring Rolls.

Oh my GOODness ... oh my GOODness! Rreal Tacos in Decatur, GA is a very lively place! I was there late night after arriving in GA from a late flight. I'll start with the parking. It might be a challenge finding a spot to pay for, in this hot spot lot, but it can be achieved. The ambiance inside of the restaurant is dim lighting. However, the atmosphere is bubbly with music and people having a good time. The service was great! Being my first time there I wanted to try a few things. I enjoyed the Esquites, the Tempura Fish (Cod), the Tostada with Beef Brisket and the Picanha with Steak. Everything was sooo flavorful.
