Let’s restock the farm stand with eggs!

Temperatures are getting HOT!! I use frozen water bottles inside a cooler to keep the eggies nice and cold and rotate the bottles once they thaw.

Growing and raising our food is truly a blessing even though processing day is not my favorite time.

I take no pleasure in dispatching our animals for meat because it’s not supposed to be fun or enjoyable. It is meant to be a day treated with respect and appreciation!

Even if you choose to have a vegetarian diet- life is life. Just because avocados don’t have a face and can’t run away doesn’t mean they’re dead.

We are all meant to consume life to sustain our own. That being from an animal or plant. We cannot sustain ourselves consuming death and over processed foods.

If you agree- follow along on our journey ❤️

A bird just challenged me to a duel! It’s been eating our strawberries when I’m not outside so I had to cover them. Quick fix while we redo the frame for that raised bed.
Always something 🤦🏻‍♀️🤣

We got our little herd tested for CAE and Johne’s disease before we host a ND buck to breed them.

Shout out to Sunrise Veterinary Services- Dr. Debra Samhouri for coming over! They took blood samples, trimmed the hoofs and answered all my questions about starting a milk share. 🐐 🥛😉
