Garlic Chipotle - Mild Heat. Full of chipotle flavor! This has been a customer favorite for years and even the kids like it!
Original- Medium Heat. Small amount of habanero for heat and flavor but full of flavors from all the other ingredients from peppers, onions, oranges, honey, and even coffee! Good on everything.
Scotch Bonnet Mustard- Medium Heat. This batch is made with new scotch bonnet peppers as my old supplier does not sell them anymore. They are just a touch hotter than the old but still bursting with flavor and quite possibly my best sauce.
Fivefold Fire - Medium/High Heat. This is my brand new sauce! Made with a little bit of each core pepper and then tamed down with sweet peppers. It includes scorpions, ghosts, reapers, habaneros, and chipotle. (Fun fact! I made this specifically for a friend coming over for dinner who I learned is allergic to onions! Therefore, it is my only onionless sauce). This is a good mashup between original, tongues of fire, and chipotle. Very good.
Tongues of Fire - High Heat. This is my hottest sauce made with Carolina reapers, Trinidad scorpions, and ghost peppers. The trinity of heat! It’s not the hottest sauce I’ve had but it is the hottest sauce I make.
