Get it while you can! We just processed another steer. There are NY strip, Delmonico, and sirloin steaks. Also, chuck roasts, London Broil, Filet Mignon, and liver. Beef sticks and jerky available too.

COMING SOON!! The Lil’ Beef Barn: a self service option for produce, beef, and pork in smaller quantities. Watch for coming details of our opening and hours.

We can also sell in bulk quantities. We butcher upon request when there's enough demand for at least a whole animal and there's availability at the butcher. (You can request a 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, or whole.)
