Hello!! We have a half (or two 1/4's ) of beef available. The steers go to the butcher April 16th. Pick-up would be 1-2 weeks after that. We would take the steer to the butcher. You would fill out a cut list to get the cuts you would like. PM me if interested.

Hello, Hello. I know this is a beef page but we have 4 pigs ready to go. If anyone is interested in a 1/2 or whole pig for the freezer, please contact me asap. They are currently set for October 2nd. Price is $1.20/lb live weight. They weigh between 260 lb -300 lb. Butcher price is additional based on your preferences and cuts.

Hello All. We have had some interest in some smaller amounts of beef so we have "created" a Butcher Box. We had a quarter of beef butchered into basic cuts and split it by weight and cuts into our Butcher Box.
We have 2 options but they are only slightly different. All 3 boxes weight 38 lbs each. Each box cost $275.00. These are here and ready for your enjoyment. It's a great way to sample our beef without a commitment to a whole quarter or half. Contact me if you are interested please.

5- 2lb packs burger
2 - chuck roasts
2- round roasts
1 pack of 2 Delmonico steaks
2 round steaks
2 sirloin steaks
1 pack of 2 NY strip steaks

Hello, Hello. We have another beef ready for the butcher shop. If anyone is interested, please contact me. You can get a 1/4, 1/2 or whole if you wish. Details are in a post from January.
Also - if anyone is interested in Ground beef, let me know. We may take a quarter and put it all in ground beef if there is enough interest. Ground beef is $5.50/lb in 2 lb packs. $5.00/lb for 20 lb or more.

Hello and Happy New Year to everyone.
We have been raising angus/holstein cross steers for the last couple years and have been alittle discouraged with the final product. They seem to put a thicker layer of fat on the outside of the carcass than the holstein animals do. This produces alittle more waste but doesn't really affect most of the final product (roasts are alittle fattier). The meat itself still has good flavor and the steers are raised with the same love as before😊 That being said - we are reducing our price for the remaining cross breeds that we have to sell to $1.60/lb instead of $1.75/lb live weight to account for the excess waste in weight.
We have 1/8th, 1/4's or 1/2 beef available. The steers are leaving Wednesday night. They would be ready in a couple weeks to p.u. The butcher cuts to your specs. $1.60 / lb live weight. Average 1300-1500lb whole steer live weight.
1/4 of beef would run approx $550 +/- depending on live weight plus butchering cost. Butcher cost varies (typically $150-$200 for 1/4) based on how you have it cut. The butcher can also trim the extra outside fat to your liking.

Hello All. We have a 1/4 of beef available. The steer is at the butcher currently (someone backed out after it was already sent). If you are interested, message me asap and I will get you a cut list to fill out. I will be ready in about 2 weeks.
We are flexible with payment plans too. You can break up the beef cost into 2-4 payments to help suit your budget alittle better.

Morning everyone!! I pray everyone had an enjoyable and family filled Christmas Holiday.
We are working on butchering schedules for a few beef. We have 1/4's, 1/2's or whole available. 3 are scheduled to head to buthcher Jan 5th. Pickup is typically 2 weeks after. The meat is custom cut to your order.
If you are interested in beef but would prefer later in January, we can work with than. We also offer payment plans for the meat portion of the bill. You can break the total into 2-3 payment to suit you.
