I have struggled with blueberry bushes for the past couple of years. My dogs and chickens dig them up. Or they don’t get enough water. I am going to give it one more try. I have completely fenced in the garden area so no dogs or chickens allowed. I planted them with plenty of peat moss for acidity, put old tires around them, and mulched with pine shavings to hold in the moisture. Fingers crossed that this year I finally succeed!

We had a very special dinner tonight at Grouchy Gulch Farm…. We are so thankful to still have our almost 91 year old grandma still with us. In this picture is Grandma with 3 of her grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, and her 4 great great grandchildren
