As a family we own and operate The Divide Ranch. Previously known as the "Little Yellow House on the Divide", the ranch we call home is located in the beautiful foothills of Western Glenn County. We are proud of the improvements and conservation practices we have implemented on the ranch and are excited about our latest endeavor; bringing locally raised, all natural, grass fed beef to our community.

Hi! I’m looking for a new home! You may have seen me at the Chico Certified Farmers' Market or cruising around Willows or my home town of Elk Creek. I have been busy helping my owner AKA “The Beef Lady” at her farmers markets but she has retired to spend more time on the ranch and with her grandchildren that have been hanging out in me, helping at the markets and making me sticky. I’ll miss them but I still have a lot of usefulness! Personally, I think I would make a great dirt bike van with all these great cabinets to store your gear in! Or just throw a bed in here and your camping gear and hit the road! I wouldn’t mind going back to the farmers market and seeing our past customers and vendor friends either!
I am a Mercedes Sprinter and was born in 2013 and have 282,017 miles on my very reliable diesel engine. I got a new battery and alternator in Oct of 2024. And a new turbo before Beef Lady bought me. I have a couple quirks. My AM/FM radio does not work but Beef Lady just used her phone anyway. I have a small wrinkle on the side of my hood because she tried to close it without pushing in the whatchamacallit. Also, the overhead light doesn’t work but she just used a lantern. She was very resourceful. I’ll miss her.
