It’s the last weekend to check out the “art inspired by music” artwork. Check, check, check, check it out!

🌮 unfortunately, our food truck for tonight had to cancel. We will be making our 🥨 and 🍕, but feel free to bring in your own food too.

🎤 and Saturday night karaoke is on! It starts at 7 pm.

I saw a post today about bringing back bomber bottles and filling them with high IBU hoppy beers. That’s something I’ve been craving for quite some time too!

So I went into the warehouse and pulled out the Meheen bottling line. We haven’t touched or used this thing since February of 2022. I dusted it off, plugged it in, and boom…with a little love, replaced parts, and elbow grease, it’s ready to go!

Who wants some hoppy beers in big, glass bottles again like I do?! Let’s bring back the IBU wars!

🌱 𝙉𝙊𝙒 𝙋𝙇𝘼𝙔𝙄𝙉𝙂: 𝙏𝘼𝙄𝙇𝙂𝘼𝙏𝙀 𝘽𝙍𝙀𝙒𝙀𝙍𝙔 𝙒𝙄𝙏𝙃 𝙎𝙋𝙀𝘾𝙄𝘼𝙇 𝙂𝙐𝙀𝙎𝙏𝙎, 𝙃𝘼𝘼𝙎 𝙃𝙊𝙋𝙎 - a Double Dry-Hopped IPA with loads of John I. Haas, Inc. products including Krush, Citra LupoCORE, Galaxy Incognito, Krush Prysma, Dolcita Prysma, and Eclipse Prysma. It’s smells like a creamsicle, is super smooth with loads of juicy, tropical notes, and finishes with citrus and orange peel notes. This was a fun, experimental collab with TailGate Brewery and John I. Haas, Inc.

We have a special treat for you today! 🇩🇪 🪵 🍺

After our German-Style Oktoberfest Lager finished primary fermentation, we transferred the beer into freshly dumped Weller and Blanton’s bourbon barrels. We then put those barrels in our walk-in cooler to lager in wood. After that stage finished, we brought the barrels out and let them slumber at ambient temperature. After several months of waiting and tasting, it was finally time!

We are excited to release 𝐁𝐀𝐑𝐑𝐄𝐋-𝐀𝐆𝐄𝐃 𝐊𝐈𝐂𝐊 𝐏𝐔𝐒𝐇 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐒𝐓 today! This is our first time barrel-aging this beer, and we couldn’t be happier with the results!

Lovely notes of char, oak, bread, caramel, and toasted coconut showcase what the beautiful barrels and malt had to offer. And at 7% ABV, it is still easy to drink.

Come enjoy it on draft and grab some to go later today.
