BLTT might just be the greatest sandwich of all time. And for those of you who’ve never had one - B stands for bacon, L stands for lettuce (preferably chopped iceberg), T stands for tomato (these are heirloom), and the extra T is for turkey. Don’t forget to load up on the mayo.

Garlic aioli. Perfect for sandwiches, dips, etc. Use it on EVERYTHANG. Also, I learned that garlic aioli is just roasted garlic and oil. Mayo is not included in a classic aioli. The more ya know :)

1 whole head roasted garlic (400 degrees 40 min in foil with olive oil drizzle and sea salt flakes)
1 egg yolk
2 tsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
Slowly emulsify with immersion blender 3/4 cup neutral oil.
Sea salt and pepper to taste
Add water if mixture is too thick

Homemade pickles don’t get any better than this. Easy recipe below. Impress your family and friends with these pickles at all your social gatherings and hostings!

-1 full large cucumber, sliced into coins (wavy pattern preferred)
- 3 tablespoons kosher salt
- 1 white onion, sliced
- 1/2 tsp dried dill
- 5oz white vinegar
- 4oz apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp whole mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp turmeric (not a requirement if you don’t have it)
- 1/4 tsp allspice (not a requirement if you don’t have it)
- Couple whole black pepper corns
- 2 whole cloves

Low carb pizza wrap for all your sandwich creations! All you need is mozzarella cheese, Italian seasoning and pepperonis. Bake at 400°F for 15 min and take it out and put it on a cooling rack. Load it up with all your favorite toppings and enjoy!

Omelette idea #2 comin atchyaaaa!! Lightly toast your bread and put it down into a buttered nonstick pan. Pour 2 whisked eggs around the bread. Add cheese, Cover it and let cook a min. Add more cheese, ham, and whatever else you want, fold it into an omelette and enjoy!
