For the past 11 years, Ofelia Gomez has been a valued member of our Culinary team, bringing consistency and care to the Prep Team every day.

Outside of work, Ofelia enjoys spending time with her family, going on walks, and listening to music. She has two dogs, Taco and Lucy, who keep life fun at home, and hopes to travel to new places—especially Mexico. She enjoys all seasons and the different experiences each one brings.

Celebrating 15 Years with Tasty Catering: Cristy Mendez 🎉

For 16 years, Cristy Mendez has brought creativity and passion to our Culinary team as a Pastry Chef, helping create delicious experiences for our guests.

Outside of work, Cristy enjoys shopping and staying active with Zumba classes. She loves pozole, sweet treats, and relaxing with Netflix. She has fond memories of visiting Las Vegas and hopes to continue making special memories—especially watching her grandchildren grow up. May is her favorite time of year, as it’s filled with birthday celebrations and Mother’s Day.

For 14 years, Teresa Lopez has been a dedicated leader on our Event Production team, bringing experience, care, and strong leadership to her role as Senior Event Captain.

Outside of work, Teresa enjoys spending time with her family and baking with her daughters. She loves Mexican food, dreams of traveling to Spain to experience its architecture and culture, and enjoys relaxing with podcasts and Netflix.
