We are passionate about our grapes and currently all grapes are sourced from California. Focusing on the Paso Robles American Viticulture Area (AVA), Napa Valley, and Sonoma coast. Our grapes are shipped in refrigerated trucks and processed within twenty-four hours of receipt. About the process
The Grapes are received in macrobins and dumped onto a sorting table where the material other

than grapes (MOG) is separated from the grapes. The sorting table then dumps the grapes into the crusher destemmer where stems are removed, and grapes are crushed. The crushed grapes are then automatically pumped into stainless steel tanks where they are fermented for approximately 10-14 days. After fermentation the grapes are pressed, and the wine is then moved to French Oak barrels to age for 20 months. During the aging process, the wine is carefully blended to achieve the desired balance. We currently are making red and rose wines only but look forward to making some whites in the near future.
