Hi everyone!! We are excited to bring back our beloved Fitcamp!
A family friendly event for all ages and fitness levels. Coach Hayden uses his background of physical therapy and sports performance training to create a unique workout for all to enjoy 😊 Saturdays - 8am @ Kloss Park ! We will Open Core right after class to offer our nutrition services. A great and fun way to kick off your weekend in the right direction. Stay awesome my friends. We hope to see you there!
