Sip California Fundraising launched a fundraiser with volunteer fire department Lockwood Fire Protection Agency near Sutter Creek, California. LFPD is the code to enter at www.SipCalifornia.com to buy the Sip California cards. Half the proceeds from the sales of the Sip California cards for the Sonoma Wine Region, Sacramento Valley - Sierra Foothills, and Lodi Appellation go to the fire department. The fire department is using the funds to retrofit its main fire department to support employment of one full-time firefighter. Sip California Cheers!

On Monday, October 14, I participated in a golf tournament as part of Sip California Fundraising for the San Joaquin Sheriff's Foundation S.T.A.R.S. program at the Stockton Golf & Country Club. The Sheriff and I met, and I got to also meet many wonderful, generous participants for the Fourth Annual Golf Tournament selling Sip California wine-tasting cards. Cheers!
