Handcrafted from the grape to the barrel to the bottle. At Vannatta Wine we specialize in hand-crafted, small-lot wines of limited production and exceptional quality. Comprised of our estate grapes and those selectively sourced from the finest of local vineyards, we produce both single vineyard bottlings and balanced blends. We are dedicated to producing our New World multiple award winning wines

using Old World, non-interventionist methods of winemaking. We serve in an informal tasting room/art gallery that offers a unique, relaxed and intimate tasting experience. Join us to learn about the wines we are passionate about and enjoy a lovely time in this charming hidden gem. Join us for our Friday evening live music events featuring the top local musicians. We have Karaoke 🎤 the first Friday of each month and you can enjoy complimentary wine tasting on the 2nd Sunday of the month.

Early this morning our Estate Tempranillo grapes were harvested, crushed, and now ready for fermentation. "Francisca's 2026 Estate Tempranillo" should be on our tasting menu in 2028.

The SF Chronicle has proclaimed blouge wine "as the next big wine craze!!!" A "Blouge" is a blend of red wine and white wine which can result in a chillible and very easy drinking "by the pool" Summer type wine. Our blouge wine "Surfer Girl" is now available in our tasting room. 😋

Bottling and corking our 2024 Syrah all by hand completing the process of turning fresh grapes into age worthy high quality wine. Grapes are from the Domenico vineyard in Amador. Same vineyard that provided the grapes for our Best of Class 2020 Syrah. The 2024 Syrah will be available for free barrel tasting through Sunday.
