This is the biggest project we’ve completed this year.

We took an old horse barn and completely transformed it into a functional event space.

• Graded and leveled the interior (over 3’ of fill on one end)
• Installed a solid footing with a key to prevent wall movement
• Refinished walls in clean white
• Painted rafters and metal black for a modern contrast
• Installed and compacted decorative pea gravel for a durable finish

This space is now being finished out as a tasting venue for a catering business.

It’s been a busy week, aside from the weather slowing things down early on. We were able to wrap up a few projects and make solid progress on several others.

One of the highlights was a flooring job where we removed old carpet and tile, installed luxury vinyl plank flooring, and repainted the trim throughout. I missed the before pictures on this one, but the finished result turned out great.

We’ve also been working on our biggest project to date, transforming an old barn into an event venue. We’re hoping to have it completed early next week, and we’re excited to share the final result.

We’ve got a few projects nearing completion and several more lined up to get started soon. Stay tuned for more updates as we keep things moving.
