The mommas and youngsters got to take a field trip to a different pasture yesterday. The c**ts had a fun time and everyone is enjoying some new grass.

24 hours in our life can look so many different ways! Yesterday was watching the girls on their horses at a rodeo and today was everything from giving the horses mani/pedis, to a castration and then off to help the folks with branding and banding calves, stopping to smell the roses...then on to 4 hours on the road.

Mesa brought the final foal for the year, into the world this afternoon! They were all stud c**ts this year! Mesa is a wonderful first time mom!

Betty welcomed this fine stud c**t to farm this morning! Congratulations momma. There are a couple of Mattie and her c**t who were supervising near by also.

It's been a good and consistent week of school for the youngsters. I enjoy watching how differently their minds work from horse to horse.

Little fella is so sweet! He is unfolding nicely and loving how much roan he was born with! While we anticipated it, it's still fun to see!

Yesterday morning this little guy joined his momma Mattie on the farm. Of course we were in Mose Lake, but all was fine and uneventful. We got to give him a few pets before bed lol. First foal of the year! He is by our stallion Streakin Below Zero (Flynn).
