The cookie dough is rolling, which means it’s time for a little market update!

This will be my FINAL week at Fairwood Farmers Market for the season! ❤️

But don’t worry… I’m not going far. You can still get your Catee Cakes sugar fix at Commellini’s Moonshine Market this week AND next week!

This week I’ll have:

Fall cookies ( and GLUTEN-FREE)
Brownies
Mini cakes
Cake pops… IF I have enough time. 🥴

This view has meant a lot of different things over the years. Sometimes it’s just time to clean out the old and restock the new. Other seasons, it’s been a reminder that there wasn’t much of a backup stash. Maybe you can relate. ❤️

But this season? This empty freezer means BLESSING.

A month FULL of orders, markets, and events, and every bit of dough and extra stock is SOLD. OUT.

I’m still blown away each week when I show up with goodies and you guys show up to eat them. I’m just one gal in a little studio in Elk, WA, and I still can’t quite wrap my head around the fact that I get to do this.

I wouldn’t be here without you. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. ❤️

And just wait until you see what’s coming for the rest of fall and Christmas! 👀

A little vintage sweetness.

There’s just something about vintage piping that I absolutely LOVE. The delicate details, the soft lavender, the elegant little shell piping. It feels both timeless and whimsical, and makes the sweetest cake for celebrating someone special.

And tucked underneath all those pretty details? Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese frosting. 🤍

Because a cake should be just as lovely on the inside as it is on the outside.

Well… I think I need a few days to recover from this weekend. 😅

Market in the Mountains, you were something REALLY special.

I’m honestly blown away by the kindness I experienced all weekend. The vendors who stopped by first thing in the morning to grab treats. The friends who swung by for a quick visit while they shopped. The people I’ve only ever chatted with online who I finally got to meet in person. And every single person who stopped at my booth, bought a treat, told me they loved something, or just took a minute to say hi.

Being a newbie at an event this big, I was pretty intimidated walking into this weekend.

But you guys…

You darn near SOLD ME OUT!

I went home each night and made more cakes and cookies just so I could come back the next morning with fresh goodies. And somehow, you kept coming back for them.

My heart is just really, really full.

And Jessica - Building Community in the PNW … what a superbly run event. What a beautiful space. You created something pretty special here, and I’m so grateful I got to be a tiny part of it.

Thank you to everyone who supported Catee Cakes this weekend. Whether you bought something, stopped to chat, shared a post, told a friend, or simply smiled and said hello, please know that it meant more to me than you probably realize.

I’m leaving with a whole bunch of sweet memories, new friends, and a whole lot of gratitude.

Now excuse me while I go put my feet up. 😂❤️

Okay, but can we talk about what’s INSIDE these little guys?! 👀

My STUFFED Cake Pop lineup is coming to Market in the Mountains this weekend, and I thought you might want a peek at the good stuff hiding inside.

* Lemon Crunch: Lemon cake + lemon curd + white chocolate + cookie crumble. YUM.

* Twix: Shortbread cake + gooey caramel + chocolate. Basically, a Twix in cake pop form.

* Pumpkin Cheesecake: Vanilla cake + pumpkin cheesecake filling + white chocolate. All the cozy fall flavors.

* S’mores: Chocolate cake + marshmallow filling + chocolate + all the s’mores goodness.

Four flavors. Four delicious little surprises. And yes, cutting them open is just as satisfying as making them.
