👋📣Hello friends and family, sorry about the hiatus. I’m announcing that tamales are going to be a once a month. I will be making them on the last weekend of every month, but the post will be the Sunday prior.
🔥🔥In other news…”THE SMOKER IS BACK, I REPEAT THE SMOKER IS BACK.” Thank you Forrest for repairing that jam in the auger. I will be smoking all the meat from here on out, unless requested otherwise.

Want out of making dinner on Friday? Making tamales tomorrow! Get your orders in before 1P.M. Friday. Green chicken and red pork made to order. $15/12 or $2/1. $5 delivery fee.

Making orders earlier!!! A schedule change with work has shifted my times to fridays. I’ll be taking orders till 1P.M. and delivering also tomorrow. Keeping it simple mild pork and spicy chicken! $15/12 or $2/1. Delivery fee is $5.

Anybody wanting tamales, I’ll be making batches of green chicken and red pork to order. Please try and get your order in before 10P.M. tomorrow. Prices will remain the same!

There will be a fresh batch of red/green chicken tamales tomorrow. I’ll be selling 12 tamales for $15. Or they are $2 for 1 tamale.

We have pickup and delivery options. There will be a delivery charge of $5 for within 10 miles. And an extra $1 charge for every mile after 10miles. We all only be accepting cash at this time. I’ll take orders until midnight!
