All our products are gluten free, wheat free, and dairy free. All ingredients are locally grown when available. Our products are dehydrated at a low temperature to retain enzymes and nutrients.

Thank you for having patience with us while we pressed the "pause" button for a couple weeks.
I'm excited for everyone to taste and give me opinions on our re formulated kefirs. Young Coconut kefir and Tart Cranberry are my faves. My crack at Paleo Blueberry Scones turned out really well. So did the Paleo Double Chocolate Brownies ( wanna guess the secret ingredient?) get up a few minutes early and stop by the Granger Farmers Market and pick up some healthy goodies!
