This week you’ll find Cherry Cheesecake Croissant Bread Pudding, our Smokehouse Croissant, the return of the Chocolate Chip Crookie, Turkey Cranberry Pesto Croissants, Chai Cruffins, Snickerdoodles, Sicilian Croissants, Pear Almond Croissants, Apple Pie Croissants, Pumpkin Cream Cheese Danishes, and Cranberry Walnut Pull-Apart Bread… plus plenty of other fun things waiting in the case.

Today marks 3 years since we opened the doors to Pastries by Chad!

We’re incredibly grateful for everyone who has supported us, walked through our doors, shared our name, placed an order, or simply stopped in for a croissant. We truly wouldn’t be here without this community.

We’re so proud of how far we’ve come and even more excited for what’s ahead.

And what better week to celebrate than FAIR WEEK! 🎡 The Walworth County Fair is officially underway!

Oh, how the time flies. 🥹 Our Cole is NINE! 🎉

The sweet, kind-hearted boy who made us parents is growing up way too fast. We had the best day celebrating him with lots of fun, laughter, and of course, jumbo Funfetti cupcakes topped with cookie dough—because turning 9 deserves something extra special. 🧁💙

We can’t believe how grown up you are, Cole. We’re so proud of the boy you’re becoming and feel incredibly lucky to be your mom and dad.
