Openings in Feb(but need to know by the 2/6/25) and March through June still available. Book today to save your spot. Quality beef with no hormones nor antibiotics. Grass fed with grass and grain finish. The picture of the chart below demonstrates a half of beef and the potential cut choices. A half of beef is about 400lbs hanging weight and once cut about 300lbs take home. A quarter of beef consists of approximately 200lb hanging beef once cut is approximately 150lb take home. This all depends on how you have it cut. 150lbs of beef comes out to be about 3lbs of beef a week.
