We are a family owned and worked small business in North Carolina. We operate The Barking Coyote Kitchen in Elkin NC and The Barking Coyote Farm, our home in Clingman NC. The Barking Coyote Kitchen is a quick service to-go food establishment with indoor and outdoor seating. We produce take-n-bake entrées, artesian sandwiches, soups, pimento cheeses, chicken salad and other deli items as well as ba
ked goods such as cakes, cookies, biscotti, scones, breads, muffins, tarts and pies. We also make jams, relishes, sauces, spreads, salads, syrups, chutneys, pickles, salsa, and other “canned” items. The Barking Coyote Kitchen is also available for placing special orders for individuals and family/small group occasions. Everything prepared in our kitchen is made from scratch using fresh and wholesome ingredients. When available, we use our free range chicken eggs, pesticide and chemical free fruits and vegetables, and natural, unpasteurized raw honey in our baked goods and canned products.
