Spring is in full swing on the farm! The high tunnels are busting at the seams with greens and root veggies. We transplanted green onions, cabbage, cilantro, beets, and head lettuce. The farm turned 7 and we closed on the new construction loan for our house!

Salad greens are back! Come see us tomorrow at the Fayetteville Senior Center from 9-1 for the last winter market of the year! We will have spring mix, arugula, Thunder mountain magic mix, buttercrunch lettuce, carrots, plus more!!!
