Just cucumbers, onions, spices and a sweet tangy brine.

This past weekend I made a special treat for the holiday, Homemade whipped cheesecake from scratch! 🍰
Topped with fresh strawberries, blueberries, and hand picked wild blackberries! It was hands down the best cheesecake I've ever had.🤤
It was light, cool, and so refreshing on these hot summer days.
We paired it with homemade pineapple lemonade. 🍍🍋
Next up... whipped cheesecake with wild raspberries! 🤪

There's just something special about fresh picked wild blackberries. 🫐

We spent some time out in the woods filling our bucket, and it was worth every scratch!
