From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank every customer, friend, family member, employee, and community supporter who has helped make our dream a reality. Three years ago, on June 14, 2023, we opened the doors of El Toro Steakhouse with a simple goal: to share our love for food, family, and Latin culture with our community.
Owning a small business is not always easy. There have been long days, sleepless nights, challenges, sacrifices, and moments when we wondered what tomorrow would bring. But there have also been incredible memories, friendships, celebrations, and the blessing of serving so many wonderful people. Every meal shared, every smile, every recommendation, and every visit has helped us continue this journey.
As a thank you, we would love for you to celebrate with us this weekend! ❤️

My Restaurant. My Dream. My Passion. ❤️
Owning a restaurant has never been just about food or business for me. It is about passion, heart, hard work, and a dream I refused to give up on.
Many people see the smiles, the plates of food, the busy moments, and the finished product. But behind every small business, there are long days, sleepless nights, sacrifices, stress, tears, and so much hard work that most people never see.
Keeping a dream alive is not easy. There are days when business is great, and my heart feels full seeing happy customers enjoying the food I put so much love into. And then there are hard days full of worry, exhaustion, and challenges that make me question everything.

But no matter what, I keep going.
Because I truly love what I do. I love cooking from the heart. I love sharing my Latin flavors, creating meals from scratch, seeing families gathered around the table, celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, or simply enjoying a meal together.
This restaurant means so much more to me than just a business. It is part of me. It represents sacrifice, faith, tears, happiness, growth, and years of believing in something bigger.
I have good days. I have bad days. I have moments where I feel strong, and moments where I feel overwhelmed. But through it all, here I am… still fighting, still working hard, still believing, and still keeping my dream alive.
To everyone who supports us, shares our posts, walks through our doors, recommends us, or simply believes in us thank you from the bottom of my heart. You are helping keep a dream alive, and that means more than words can explain.
Dreams are not easy. They take time, sacrifice, tears, faith, and a lot of love. But when you truly love what you do… you keep going.
