Sometimes, you pop the cork on a bottle of bubbly to celebrate the new year or an anniversary.
Other times, you might pop the cork on a bottle of bubbly to pair with caviar or fried chicken.
This time, I popped the cork on a bottle of bubbly because I needed to tell you that our Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc is delicious.

Lively, bright, bubbly, and perfect for celebrations, brunches, or any other excuse you can come up with. 🍾 These bubs (along with all our w**es) are shipping for free through the end of the month, so start thinking of something to celebrate!

In 2024, with the aim of crafting our first white pinot noir, we harvested one block of our crop earlier than usual to retain the acidity we were seeking. It was quickly transported to the w**ery, carefully loaded into the press, and gently pressed to minimize color extraction. With the extra care and love it was given, we're happy to say that our 2024 Inversion is sure to delight with its focused citrus notes and round finish.
