The more color the better. I used to bake my loaves light but I canā€™t go back to that. So much extra flavor when you allow the crust to achieve its proper color! Are you team dark or light??

This was a massive bake week for my little bakery. Thank you for showing up in such a huge way for me! šŸ„¹ I love pushing myself and doing the big holiday bakes and Iā€™m so grateful for the support and this job, but these are the weeks when I really see my limits.

I donā€™t like making my whole personality ā€œthe girl with Hashimotoā€™s,ā€ but it does affect my day-to-day life. After finishing last night, my body was likeā€¦ nope. Definitely flaring big time. šŸ˜•

While taking a week off comes with its own challenges, I know itā€™s necessary. So next week there will be no bake day. April 13th will be the next menu drop. Happy Easter weekend šŸ¤šŸŒæāœļø
