We have a passion for raising good food. The quality of our food starts with the soil. We test the soil and add organically-approved minerals to balance the micro-nutrients and stimulate microbial and fungal life. This brings nutrients to the plants, which result in healthy, delicious animals. We rotate our cattle daily so that they are always on fresh pasture and that the pasture has ample time to recover before the animals are on it again. This is beneficial for the health of the cattle and the health and richness of the pasture.
