Thank you again to everyone who helped us out with the survey about the cattle we’re raising, and what you’re looking for when you buy and eat beef!
We’re planning two lines for the next pre-order (based on the feedback of those who responded 😊):
• Black Angus 100% grass fed and finished with no grains;
• American Wagyu grass-fed and grain-finished to maximize marbling.
We’re also looking at Custom-raised Beef (such as apple- or pea-finished, etc.) —If there is something you’re looking for specifically, we may be able to accommodate but would need to know soon so that the cost can be determined.
This calf-crop should be ready in 9-12 months. Orders come in ¼, ½, and whole shares of beef, with a ¼ share coming in between 125-250lbs (56-113kg)—it’s also not uncommon for families to in together on a ¼ together if they’ve got limited freezer space =)
We’re offering a 3-tier reservation system this year:
A. No-risk Reservation: no money down, and you will be contacted in the 3rd round to place your order from available shares.
B. Guaranteed Share Reservation: $100 down, tell them what size share you want and you will be contacted in the 2nd round to confirm your order with balance due on delivery.
C. Rancher’s Reserve: Prepay for a ¼ share ($750), and you will be contacted in the 1st round to confirm your order, with price being adjust up or down based final share weight.
Deposits can be made via Zelle, Venmo, check or cash. Delivery is available to locations between Tacoma – Seattle – Everett – North Bend (delivery sur-charge may apply).
