We like to make cask strength single barrel whiskey when possible. That can make for some
Serious over proof whiskey, such as this 4 year old Iron Valley Single Malt aged in a 15 gallon char 3 barrel. 61.41% ABV or 122.82 proof. Each batch is a little different. Minimally filtered and uncut making a very pure whiskey. Add ice, water, or mix to make a high proof cocktail to taste.
