Our signature whiskies, Iron Valley and Breakaway Bourbon, come standard as cask strength single barrel bottling. Each cask can vary in ABV, with slight differences in flavor profile that might be from the position in the rickhouse to the region the quercus alba oak was grown in. No extra water added after the barrel is dumped. Unfiltered, uncut, and as natural as possible.

When the snow hits, time for a New York Sour.

Part I:
Rimmed glass with black sugar
2 parts Breakaway cask strength bourbon
1 part blended lemon, lime, cantaloupe
1 part simple syrup
pour 1 part Malbec or Claret over the back of a spoon

Part II:
Put on velvet smoking jacket
Open book of poetry
Sit in front of stone fireplace
