WE ARE BAAAAAAACKKKKKKKKK…… only for a handful of events. Been so very excited to get back up and running even if it is only for 3 pop-ups! You all have been very missed!
May 11th/18th we will be from 4pm-8pm with the designated menu posted!
May 15th we will be for the !!!!!!
A separate menu will be created for that event!

Again I am so beyond excited to serve all of you some tacos!!! See you all there! BE THERE! BE THERE! BE THERE!

As all good things must come to an end, today will be one of our last Fridays selling here in Ellensburg. I have decided to move to the westside and take the business with me, I’ve been working hard on trying to keep a small little operation up and running here while I am in Redmond, but I am still uncertain if it will be possible. I have loved every little bit of my journey here in Ellensburg and the city and its people will be missed dearly. Thank you to everyone that has helped me get to where I am. I am forever thankful! This isn’t our last time selling here as I will be coming back for events so don’t worry . Thank you everyone and I hope to see you all around!

The time has finally come! Been working on this for a while now, but we are finally going to be getting shirts! We will be taking pre-orders from today until Sunday! They will also come in black and tan! They will be 27$ each and we can have them shipped or you can come by the stand to pick up! Direct message me if you would like to have one ordered!

We took a short break after rodeo but we are back! Thank you to everyone who came out to support us! Catch us today and Friday from 5pm-8pm! Also don’t forgot weve got a fun and always awesome concert this Saturday featuring doors open at 5pm!

We have two really fun summer specials coming tomorrow! The first is a nice light fried fish taco, topped with lime coleslaw and a cilantro crema. The second is our new loaded French fries with your choice of meat (Carne Asada, Al pastor, Carnitas or Birria) cheese, cilantro crema, and guac! Stop by tomorrow from 5pm-8pm to try the new summer specials! See you all there!
