We're feeling all the tomato vibes at the Outpost these days. So, it was only fitting when my friend Amy, of Frog Hollow Farm stopped by with a box of organic, heirloom tomatoes, fresh off the farm, on her way to join the Hot Stove Society podcast. You can catch her episode this weekend, which will no doubt, be about all things 🍅 We might have had leftovers in the Jensen house tonight, but the Caprese salad with a selection of Amy's tomatoes and our Roslyn Farmers Market neighbor, 11 Olives balsamic made me forget that it's the 3rd night I've had sausage spinach penne this week. Tell me it's farming season, without telling me it's farming season 🙃

It's that time of year again...the time I get to shuffle across the farm in my fuzzy pink robe, paired with the hubbies camo slides, in the dark of night with my two trusty sidekicks - to unplug the irrigation pump 🎃 I love these walks! I try to keep flashlight off, so I can enjoy the stars. That is, until I get "flat tired" by a dog in my oversized slides. Farm life ❤️
