Big day today. Put my own lock on the space and ordered the fermenters. Very excited and slightly (read as very) scared.

Lease has been signed on the new location!!

Now to get everything approved by the state and federal governments.

We will be officially looking for a location to rent out starting Wednesday. Once a location is obtained, we can then apply for our state and federal licensing.

First four labels for our first four meads. They will be available, hopefully, by January 2025. Gotta give them time to turn into wonderful mead.
