It’s comments like yours that make all the late nights prepping, worrying about having enough food, wondering if everything is going to turn out right, and all the stress behind the scenes worth it. Sometimes all it takes is one person telling us how much they enjoyed their meal to remind us why we do what we do.
There’s a lot of hard work, sweat, and even a few tears that go into doing this. I’ve had to talk Allison off the ledge a few times when she was ready to throw her hands up and bail out on me! 😂 But she’s hung in there, and I want her to know how much I love and appreciate her. I definitely couldn’t do any of this without her, and Lord knows she deserves a medal for putting up with me and all my shenanigans! ❤️
We’re also so thankful for Kay Long and my son Rouke, who jump right in and help us make it all happen. We couldn’t do it without them either!
People ask us all the time when we’re going to open a restaurant, and I tell them, we already have one! It’s just a restaurant on wheels! 😂 Between catering events, preparing meals, keeping the The Silo Farmstand stocked, and everything in between, we’re working at it every single day. This is our full-time job now, and if there’s ever anything we can help you with, we’re always just a phone call or message away!
We love what we do, and feedback like this makes every bit of the hard work worth it.
