The boys are getting big. Our steers are gonna be way bigger than last year so be prepared.
We’re looking like they’re gonna weigh 1300-1400lbs.

This will mean more money up front.

But it also means all of the cuts (steaks and roasts) will be bigger in size. It also means that the amount of meat you get back will cost less per lb because the size steer we are taking in is gonna yield a bit better than the 1000lb steer your used to from us.

I still have pork portions available if you’re interested get ahold of me.

Life’s been crazy but the animals are still growing.

Pigs are just about to the 300lb range and will be going to the processor soon. I still have portions of pork available.

If you have ordered beef, they are going to the processor on December 1. I’ll be reaching out to people closer to that date.

We got a bunch of new egg laying chicks around Labor Day as well as two meat turkeys.

It’s been a while since I’ve had a chance to post any farm updates. Kids started school and projects are in full swing.

The pigs are steadily growing and are looking good. Been feeding them fresh peaches from our tree! Plus they’ve been getting a healthy dose of milk.

The cows are actually staying at a friends farm this season. They are looking super healthy and will probably be going to the processor in November. They may even make it up to 1200lbs this year!

I’m all out of beef but I still have plenty of pork available. Get ahold of me if your interested in a whole or half a pig

All the animals are doing well. Pigs are gaining weight nicely.

Cows should be coming in the next two weeks.

Chickens are looking good too. They love eating the fresh clover every time they get moved. Processing the chickens this weekend.

The pigs have arrived!

They are well adjusted already and even got their first taste of milk!

Chickens are doing well on the grass!

We will be processing on July 27th so get ahold of me if you want fresh or frozen chicken. Fresh is only an option if you get ahold of me before hand.
