Chocolate Cherry Kiss shake!
Shared from a client. She changed up the chocolate shake by adding an IP Black Cherry Water Enhancer and 1 cup of spinach to get a chocolate cherry kiss!

Zeta, we are so glad you enjoyed the Ideal Protein mashed potatoes as pizza crust! A nice way to enjoy lunch with G Hughes Sugar free BBQ sauce and chicken ! Also good reheating the next day!

Thank you Karen, I have the privilege of coaching an individual from Houston, Texas! 9.2 lbs down lbs down her 3rd week and going strong! We have had the privilege of sharing recipes .
Tip Make a double batch and freeze one!
Also colored glasses gives waters a fresher twist!

Ground turkey empanada
4oz turkey pressed flat on parchment paper
Salt pepper onion and garlic powder
Sauté 2 c spinach and garlic with olive oil
Arrange on half of the turkey and fold over to form empanada. Bake 350 for 25 min on a rack and then 3 minutes broiled to brown. Serve with 1T g Hughes sweet chili sauce and carrot sticks.

Turkey Meatballs!
For 3lbs Turkey, 1 bag pizza crisps, 1-1/2 finely chopped bell peppers (all colors)
1/4 cup cilantro
3 TBSP Mrs. Dash herb seasoning
1 TBSP sea salt
3 egg whites or 1 egg

Combine ingredients in bowl, roll into meatballs about 1 ounce serving . Place on baking sheet bake @ 350 for 20-25min. Or until cooked through

I enjoy G Hugh’s sugar free BBQ or teriyaki on my meatballs!
