LABOR DAY HOLIDAY HOURS:

Our Ellicottville and Bemus Point locations will be OPEN Labor Day, 9/7.

All locations will be closed Tuesday 9/8 for our staff to recognize and honor Labor Day and enjoy a well-deserved day off.

We asked the sauté boys to handle the featured menu dish this week and this is what we got 🤣

‘LICENSED TO CHILL’😎

A vibrant cold noodle bowl designed for these hot days. Premium seared ahi-tuna with fresh avocado, crisp cucumber, colorful carrots and candied ginger nestled beautifully atop flash chilled rice noodles in a sweet sesame-soy style sauce. Drizzled with an electric wasabi aoli and topped with ice-curled scallion ribbons.

Pair it with our Charge L***r and as Jimmy says, you’ll be licensed to chill.🍻😉

13 years ago, a young and scrappy Bartender named Nate decided to order a special sandwich (not on the menu) to begin his day-shift: Fried Chicken, Crisp Applewood Bacon and our famous Caesar salad all loaded on to a buttery, flaky croissant.🥐

For 13 years, our beloved Bartender Nate has eaten this sandwich before every. single. shift.🤯

We’re beginning to think it’s medically required…

Or he just really likes this sandwich.

Either way, “Nate’s Breakfast” is available on our specials menu for 1 week only (starting today).
