Mariela was recognized today by our Chamber of Commerce for all her hard work. Our TikTok was so fun this past season and she was the reason! She received the Creative Expression award at the Trailblazers Summit and we couldn’t be more proud of her.

We got a good hard rain this morning and we sure needed it. It was a prayer answered for these new trees!

Every new tree gets a coat of white paint on the trunk and a rabbit guard to protect it after planting. All sorts of critters LOVE to chew the tender bark of apple trees!! This is all done by hand. We are as busy as bees this time of year. 🐝 🌼 🍎

Life lately😊 We’re busy playing tons of new apple trees in the orchard. The older trees are showing their first signs of life after a long winters nap. Our goat herd is still sporting their fuzzy winter coats and they look so cute!! We’re ready for Spring on the farm, though.

There’s always work to be done in the orchard. We’re pushing up old trees and making room for new! It’s an ever changing landscape so we always have plenty of U-Pick apples on healthy trees.
